How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from your registered email address to admin@frontierx.in.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name/Account ID].
- In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to have all personal data associated with your account or email address deleted.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- Verification: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and may contact you to verify your identity.
- Processing Time: Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 7-10 business days.
- Scope of Deletion: We will permanently remove all personal data associated with you from our production databases, including profile information, usage history, and contact details.
- Retention: Please note that some data may be retained if required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Confirmation
Once your data has been successfully deleted, you will receive a final confirmation email from our team. After this point, you will no longer be able to access any services or data associated with that account.
