At FrontierX, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy describes our practices regarding refunds for the services provided by us.
Service Cancellation
Our services are typically provided on a project or subscription basis. You may cancel your service request according to the following guidelines:
- Custom Projects: Cancellation terms for custom development projects are specified in the individual service agreement signed between you and FrontierX.
- Consulting: Consulting sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit toward a future session.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the service as specified in the service agreement.
- Duplicate payments made for the same service.
- Errors in billing caused by FrontierX systems.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at admin@frontierx.in with your project details and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once the work has commenced:
- Completed development modules or stages.
- Subscription fees for software already used within the billing period.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, server hosting).
